You must then pass this class before qualifying to even sit for State exam. Once you pass the class test you will have a background check done to check your criminal record. You can go to the South Carolina LLR (Labor Licensing) website to see approved real estate school locations for each Real Estate Association in South Carolina. If you have your license from North Carolina or Georgia and would like one for South Carolina, these two states offer License Reciprocity.
