I plan on taking some online courses while im on active duty to earn my degrees in business/HR while i am on active duty for the U.S. NAVY. I just want to know which is the best/popular online college program. im sort of leaning towards The University of Phoenix, but then i just found out about Excelsior college which looks also good. Are there any others that are better for the working sailor?
I want to go into the Army Reserve and would like to serve my country and also get my enlistment bonuses that come along with signing up. I have read from several sources in order to receive these bonuses you must have a GED + 15 College Credits.
Are there any good accredited online colleges available that would fit the bill for me?

I was working full time, but just got laid off. I am also attending a online college, can I still collect unemployment when im attending online school? I live in CT and was employed for 3 yrs but cant seem to get a straight answer about this.
I have no previous college experience and am looking for something online. I would like my BA in elementary education.Thanks
