I am thinking about going to college, and doing an online college – is this just plain stupid, should i go for it, isnt the education bad compared to actually attending college at a campus?

I’m still in high school, but I want to take a couple college classes to try to get a head start. I was never the scholastic achiever, so I don’t have good transcripts, if that matters in this situation. Is there a way to get ahead now by just taking some classes online?
I need to know more information about summer college courses that I can follow online.
I always wanted to work and go to college after High School because of the program my school has, I’ll be able to graduate with a diploma and associate degree. So my plan is to work full time in construction but will i be able to take some online classes? (i really dont care what 4year college i go to as long as i get my bachelors)
Hello! I’m not saying I’m going to do this. (Its alot of work!) But theoretically. Am I allowed to go to an online college (like regent or phoenix etc.) and go to a regular college?

i know every college is different but are the lectures online at class time and you watch them and log in to prove your there? what happens?
