I plan on taking some online courses while im on active duty to earn my degrees in business/HR while i am on active duty for the U.S. NAVY. I just want to know which is the best/popular online college program. im sort of leaning towards The University of Phoenix, but then i just found out about Excelsior college which looks also good. Are there any others that are better for the working sailor?
My husband is in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and he already has his Associates degree. He wants to get his Bachalors so he can become an officer. We are unable for him to attend a physical college so he must do it online. Anyone in the military that can suggest a good online college to us.

ECPI College of Technology Announces Extension for South Carolina Military Scholarship Opportunity
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.—-ECPI College of Technology has extended its military scholarship program for South Carolina veterans who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan. This scholarship initiative was initially introduced in fall 2005 and is also available to spouses and dependents of military veterans who have served in these regions.
