I am in the construction field and I am considering getting an online degree in construction management to further my career but I do not want to spend the money or time if companies are not going to value it in close proximity with a conventional college degree. In college courses, what are the differences between world history and western civilizations?

I was trying to look up summer classes at a community college so I can go home this summer. My university requires world history, but I have come across very few courses called world history at other colleges. All I find is western civilizations. Are they the same course? What are the similarities and differences?
easiest in my opinion= sports management
hardest= philosophy (IF and that’s a BIG “IF” you take it seriously)

now that i think about it the easiest may be sociology with applied criminal justice judging from the amount of D-1 college football players…
